Event overview:
This briefing will provide an update on UK activity at InnoTrans 2026. Topics will include:
- RIA UK Pavilion and exhibitor arrangements
- Logistics and planning for the event
- UK networking reception and other additional activity
- Media and wider programme support
RIA along with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) will outline planned support for UK companies, including additional events and in-market activity. An experienced UK exhibitor will also share practical guidance on attending or exhibiting at InnoTrans. A detailed agenda will be circulated closer to the event.
Who should attend
Open to all UK-registered rail companies. The session is particularly relevant for organisations planning to attend or exhibit at InnoTrans 2026, including those attending for the first time.
- Maximum two representatives per company
- Registrations close at 17:00 on 1 July, or earlier if capacity is reached
RIA InnoTrans 2026 Activity
RIA’s programme of activity with partners includes:
- UK Pavilion located in Hall 2.2 (fully booked).
- UK @ InnoTrans Brochure – Connecting UK capability with global markets - a publication promoting UK companies, distributed digitally in advance of the event and available in print at the UK Pavilion. - Meet the DBT Trade Adviser to be held at the UK Pavilion (Hall 2.2), further details on DBT representatives and markets will be shared.
- InnoTrans 2026 Networking Reception held at British Embassy, Berlin on Wednesday 23 September. Registration details to follow.
