Keynote Speaker: Victor Ubogu, former Bath and England rugby union player & Brand Ambassador at STM Group (UK) Ltd. Since retiring from Rugby he's been running his own company 'VU Ltd', specialising in Sports Travel and Hospitality for major sporting and music events worldwide. Victor has previously spoken about his experiences with mental health, and has appeared on Sky calling for more to be done to tackle racism in rugby.

He discusses his personal journey through mental health, maintaining your best version of yourself and anxiety and depression post grief. After being responsible for the stigma around professional help and mental health medication, Mandeep will discuss pathways and the value of speaking and listening.
