This event forms part of the activity carried out by the RIA / Women in Rail EDI Charter Working Group. The EDI Charter was launched in November 2020 to champion EDI in the UK Rail Industry. 

SPEAKERS

Dylan Mathieson-Dodd, Autism Advocate
Dylan is an expert-by-experience when it comes to autism, having been diagnosed when he was 10. Having grown up in and out of the foster care system, he decided that he wanted to give back to the community that had supported him through his diagnosis.

From the age of 15 he started talking at parent workshops, and now is the Co-Chairman for the Autism Partnership Board for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. He works alongside multiple charities and organisations and also runs a local advocacy group.
