Grace Smithen

Senior Marketing & Events Manager

Grace has over ten years’ experience working in different event sectors including corporate, entertainment and educational. 
Alongside her events work Grace has had a successful career as a professional dancer after achieving a Degree in Dance from Kingston University. Grace has spent the past decade combining her two careers with her passion for travelling and has worked in 9 different counties including America, Australia and India. 

She joined RIA as the Marketing and Events Manager, a role which includes the planning, coordination and execution of RIA's flagship events, alongside co-ordinating RIA's marketing strategy and campaigns.

Outside of work Grace enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her friends.
