Colette leads the Strategic Rail Market for Atkins, working with clients and partners across the industry including East West Rail, the East Coast Digital Programme and the Central Rail Systems Alliance.  Colette is a programme and commercial leader with 20 years’ experience including 7 years with HS2 and previously held various senior roles in Government, including leading a £7bn+ rail franchise portfolio and spent 5 years working on London 2012 leading rail planning and infrastructure development from bid to build.  Colette was awarded in an OBE for services to the rail industry In 2013.
