Mark Southwell is a chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years' experience as a client, contractor and consultant, leading major projects, programmes and businesses. Mark's area of experience is within infrastructure and particularly transportation. 

In recent years, he led Network Rail programme for signalling renewals, CH2m European transport business and latterly, the managing director of civils infrastructure for AECOM, leading a team of 3000 professionals within the transportation, water, power and ports. The focus for Mark has been to develop teams and businesses that collaboratively deliver leading to successful outcomes. 

He is also a trustee of the Construction Youth Trust that supports bringing young people into the construction industry.
