Kathryn Nichols is Chief Executive of Nichols. She is a Nichols board member and owns and runs the
the company in partnership with her sister, Frances, Chair and Creative Director of Nichols.

Kathryn joined Nichols full time as the company’s finance director 25 years ago following a career in legal practice. Kathryn is passionate about business relationships, strategy and intuition, and is a pioneer of virtual working styles.

Kathryn champions diversity and balance and alongside Frances, launched the company’s ‘Loving Variety’ programme – which has helped the firm to achieve an almost 50:50 gender split, a rarity for the sector.
