Railway industry expert Neal Blackman appointed to RIA London & South Business Engagement Manager role

Experienced transport professional Neal Blackman has been appointed as the Railway Industry Association's (RIA) Business Engagement Manager for London & South.

Neal worked at Amey for over fourteen years and has experience across a range of sectors including rail, highways and aviation. He has previously worked in the Middle East, Australia and the United States and has a background in operations, strategy and business development.
