Railway industry expert Neal Blackman appointed to RIA London & South Business Engagement Manager role

Experienced transport professional Neal Blackman has been appointed as the Railway Industry Association's (RIA) Business Engagement Manager for London & South.

Neal worked at Amey for over fourteen years and has experience across a range of sectors including rail, highways and aviation. He has previously worked in the Middle East, Australia and the United States and has a background in operations, strategy and business development.


Neal Blackman, RIA London & South Business Engagement Manager, said: “I am delighted to be joining RIA as their new Business Engagement Manager for London & South and am excited to work with its members (both old and new) and key stakeholders to continue to build the regional network. It’s great to be working with such a talented and dedicated team, and I look forward to contributing to the continued success of RIA and its members.”
