Industry SPEED Partnership Launch

The Railway Industry Association and Network Rail are inviting suppliers to take part in a one day kick-off event for the Industry SPEED Partnership. The vision is to create an ongoing cross industry collaboration involving Network Rail, suppliers and other rail stakeholders to challenge inefficiency and deliver better outcomes for all.
Many of you will already be familiar with Network Rail’s SPEED programme, and this will be an opportunity to build on the progress already being made by deepening the involvement of suppliers with the aim to improve delivery.
The day will focus on:
- Building on the successes and lessons learned from Project SPEED
- Identifying new pathways for collaborative working between the supply chain, clients, and other industry parties
- Engaging suppliers in specific conversations on key topics and next steps
