The strategic affairs of the Association are governed by a Council consisting of senior representatives of the member companies. Continuing management is in the hands of the Director General supported by eleven staff. The Association’s financial affairs are overseen by a Finance Committee whose Chairman is a member of Council. The Council’s chairman holds office for two years.
